Yoga for Children
I am a trained Yoga teacher for ages 5 to 12 and can design and run classes for all age groups. These are fun, movement-based classes that become more focused for the older age groups. They introduce movement for strength, flexibility & body awareness. The classes also focus on breathing for calmness, respect for yourself and others and are a social & fun experience, as well as good exercise. Please get in touch if you are interested.


Yoga for Teenagers
I am a trained Yoga teacher for teenagers. Yoga can help all ages to ride the ups and downs of life with more clarity and purpose. Young people specifically have unique challenges: huge change, peer pressure, and exam pressures to name a few. Yoga can help.
Specific teen yoga has the physical benefits of strength & agility, with the added advantages of increased body confidence, practice of learning where your individual boundaries lie, improved focus and reduced stress & anxiety. I design my teen yoga classes to be a social experience and the techniques learnt in class can be easily transferred into life.
I run one to one sessions, to learn specific meditation or breathing techniques, and group classes. I also teach sport specific yoga to young people – please get in touch if you are interested.
